Our 4 person sauna rooms for indoor use are the ultimate for relaxation and comfort. They offer all the usual features that people have come to expect from all our infra red saunas throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland such as our carbon fibre heaters music, oxygen ionizer and therapy lights plus many others (see below).
The beauty of using one of our infrared units to sauna at home is they require minimal maintenance, give off a dry, gentle, radiant heat and they are very cheap to run.
If you are trying to lose weight then this is the ideal companion to your exercise routine as an average person can burn between 400 - 600 calories per hour in an infra-red sauna (which for the average person is around four times the calories you would burn walking for the same period of time).
