First you have to get in your car drive to the local gym or leisure centre, get changed with strangers and then share the sauna with them. Not only that but you have no idea how clean or well maintained the sauna is, and all this means a typical 20 minute sauna session might end up taking an hour to an hour and a half of your precious spare time.
Don’t worry we’ve all done it. The idea is great but the execution is often where it all falls apart. We have great ideas of how we are going to go to the gym and get fit but because of the hassle factor of getting there and, let’s be honest, the fact that it’s not enjoyable we don’t stick at it. So New Year’s resolutions quickly fall by the wayside come February or March.
Saunas tend to follow a very similar path. But now you can have your own personal infrared sauna room that is cheap to buy and cheap to run. You simply plug it into a socket in your spare room, bedroom or log cabin in the garden and use it as often as you want. Plus the novelty won’t wear off because it doesn’t feel like you are doing anything other than simply relaxing in the heat and who’s going to tire of lying in the heat doing nothing.
For these reasons we have introduced the latest infra-red sauna technology to our customers throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. So now when you want to take advantage of a sauna you simply walk to your bedroom, flick a switch and in a matter of minutes you can relax in your own infrared sauna without having to share it with strangers (unless you really want to).
In your infrared sauna you will sweat around twice as much as a traditional "wet sauna" meaning you are getting rid of all those nasty toxins and heavy metals more efficiently. Yet running an infrared sauna costs only a fraction of what it costs to run a traditional sauna. Plus infra-red saunas are also much cheaper to buy than traditional saunas.
Our infrared saunas come in a variety of sizes as follows:
- 2 person infrared saunas
This particular infrared unit is able to accommodate two people in style and comfort. The sauna is constructed from Hemlock to the highest build standards and uses carbon fibre heating elements.
