The Self Build and Improve Your Home Show at The Kings Hall, Belfast, 2012:

We attended the Self Build and Improve Your Home Show in the Kings hall on the 17th - 19th February 2012 and would like to thank all our customers who attended and had a chat with us. The show was a great success and we hope to see you all again over the next few months.

We had a range of items on display, from a fully built log cabin, a functioning hot tub and infra red saunas to name a few. The rest of the showshow had a full range of items required to either build your home from the ground up, renovate it or just carry out a few improvements.

We are well aware that financially things are difficult at the moment and many of you are choosing to improve your home rather than selling up and moving and what better way of improving your home than adding a few luxury items to pamper yourself.

It is easy to improve your home and your health without spending a fortune:

Infrared Saunas:

1. An infrared sauna costs a lot less than you may think (£999 - 2,400)
2. Can burn up to 600 calories per hour (yes, sitting on your bum), that's more than you burn walking for 1 hour!
3. Operate at a lower temperature than a traditional sauna yet makes you sweat more.
4. A traditional sauna heats the air which in turn heats you. An infra red sauna heats you and not the air so nothing gets hot enough within the sauna to burn you (unlike a traditional sauna).
5. Our infrared saunas can be plugged into a 13Amp socket in your bedroom.
6. An infrared sauna costs pence to run per session (a LOT less than a multi kilowatt wet sauna).

Log Cabins:

We can offer log cabins to suit any budget from simple small storage cabins right up to residential log cabins. The majority of our log cabins are available with double glazing as standard (on cabins with wall sections of 34mm and above). The wall sections can also be specified depending on your budget and requirements from 28mm to 90 mm single skin and even twin skin walls ready to insulate.
